SOL main features

SOL, Online Procurement Solution, is an app for procurements created from the collaboration between States, the World Bank and vendors to make public investments increasingly effective and transparent. Meet some of its features!

creating procurement processes

SOL allows the creation of a bid to take place in a few minutes. The entire process is digital, its interface is intuitive and all items available for bidding are previously registered in the app, making it easier to complete.

sending proposals

The need to send correspondence or face-to-face meetings between those involved in the bidding is eliminated, giving equal opportunities to suppliers from all over Brazil. All of them can register, access ongoing opportunities and submit proposals.

proposals tiebreaker

If two or more vendors send proposals with the same value, the application sends a notification to both requiring an update for the value of their proposals. Having a second tie, the application indicates the proposal first updated as the best option.

safety and transparency

Due to the use of the blockchain, all information that passes through the app is recorded in its original state and is protected from edits. Together, blockchain technology and the option for the open source model ensure transparency and integrity over all SOL’s operations.
